Britain's armed forces risk falling behind Russia without more investment, the head of the Army will say.

I would argue that the UK is indeed able to counter Russia where it counts, thats is in the air with its Typhoons and on the sea with its Navy. Russia is built around its ability to intercept in the air and to operate on the ground. It is why they have been so successful in Syria while the US Alliance staggered splattered and outrightly failed to combat ISIS. Truth be told i think the UK could drop about 30000 army personal in favor of robotic force multipliers. The Russian tank armada is one scary proposition to deal with, moreso under the protection of S500/S1000. Therefore giving the ability for ordinary gamer types to participate with simplistic drones such as in COD seems more effective then confronting Russia with Tank on Tank battles.
