Russian President Vladimir Putin bragged earlier this year that his country had a new nuclear-powered missile with unlimited range — but it has yet to perform a successful test over multiple attempts, according to sources with direct knowledge of a U.S. intelligence report on the weapons program.

The cruise missile was tested four times between November and February, each resulting in a crash, according to sources who spoke to CNBC on the condition of anonymity.

The U.S. assessed that the longest test flight lasted just more than two minutes, with the missile flying 22 miles before losing control and crashing. The shortest test lasted four seconds and flew for five miles.

It's unlimited range, guys! When has Putin ever lied to the World, I ask you?

Aside from the lies about Russian soldiers in Ukraine.

And of course aside from any lying associated with the assassinations or killings for the Assad regime. It'd be unfair to count those lies and denials. .they were simple misunderstandings. Putin didn't mean for his political opponents or Syrians to die when he told his assassins and soldiers to "kill them". When Putin says "kill them" it's a joke. Get it? Haha. So funny in Russia. Putin funny. You disagree? He might kill you haha. Joking of course. So not a lie. Clear?

Putin never ever lies. The rocket hasn't landed and it is still flying m it might have landed for inspection purposes. Maybe rocket got bored up there and needed to talk? Flying for 22 miles - more than 2 minutes you guys - would exhaust any rocket. So it's just Putin being nice to the rocket.
